Here to Help you thrive
You’re used to pushing yourself—striving for excellence, juggling responsibilities, and meeting high expectations. But when stress, anxiety, depression, or self-doubt take over, it can feel like you’re constantly falling short, no matter how much you do.
You might struggle with perfectionism, feel overwhelmed by burnout, or find it impossible to quiet your inner critic. If you’re tired of white-knuckling your way through, I’m here to help.
As a licensed psychologist, I specialize in working with high achievers, working professionals, and parents who are feeling stuck, exhausted, or disconnected from the life they’ve worked so hard to build. My approach is warm, direct, and backed by research—helping you build real, lasting change through strategies that actually fit your life.
My Approach: Science-Backed Strategies, Rooted in Self-Compassion
Therapy isn’t about lowering your standards—it’s about learning to thrive without the constant pressure. I use evidence-based techniques to help you break free from unhelpful patterns while integrating self-compassion, so you can achieve without the inner battle.
Practical Tools for Real Change
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you shift unhelpful thought patterns, manage overwhelming emotions, and build coping skills that actually work. With a focus on self-compassion, we’ll replace harsh self-criticism with a more balanced, supportive mindset—so you can be motivated without being your own worst critic.
A collaborative, Culturally Attuned Approach
You’re the expert in your own life. I take a collaborative, culturally responsive approach to help you gain clarity on what truly matters. Our work together isn’t just about getting through the day—it’s about learning to trust yourself, set sustainable boundaries, and build a healthier relationship with success.
The Expertise Behind the Support
I transitioned to private practice in early 2024 to focus on tailoring therapy to each person’s needs and ensure my clients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their growth. I specialize in working with high achievers, young professionals, and parents navigating anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and self-criticism. My work also focuses on helping clients manage depression, insomnia, relationship challenges, life transitions and navigate multiracial identity, while building resilience, self-compassion, and sustainable balance in their lives.
